Just an FYI, Sew With Me in Still Water and Woodbury have combined and are now in Lake Elmo, 9242 Hudson Blvd N; 55042.

Even though Grubers in Waite Park MN may be bigger, the shop in Randall, MN is by far the best shop, in the area. A little farther south – the Sewing Seeds shop in New Ulm is a DO NOT MISS shop. It’s an entire house converted into a destination shop, in my opinion.
I did the whole state this year and enjoyed it alot. I liked International Falls and Windom the best. I will make plans to see them again when I am not pushed for time.
My only addition is that we have 10000 lakes, not 1000! Great list-I hope to visit more shops this summer.

You have a great list for MN but you left out Hometown Crafts and Fabric in Wadena MN! Wadena is located north central MN.. Hometown has a awesome selection in fabrics and notions! They have classes to help promote quilting and crafting. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the knowledge between all of them is amazing! Not only do they have the great selection in fabrics and notion they also have a lot of crafting items. A large options for scrapbooking and their home decor selection is wonderful!
