Inside the stores of hamiltion, Missouri
Did you know: To honor one of Hamilton’s famous entrepreneur’s, James C. Penney, MSQC named one of their fabric stores after him!
Inside Penney’s Quilt Shop you’ll find a wide selection of solids and blender fabrics!
Across the street from Penney’s you’ll find another famous name… Nancy’s Notions!
First started by Nancy Zieman of Sewing With Nancy, inside Nancy’s Notions you’ll find an array of sewing supplies and more amazing fabrics. We found a batik knit! I’d never seen that before and it was GORGEOUS! I’m STILL kicking myself that I didn’t buy any. When in doubt… buy the fabric!!
Two doors down from Nancy’s Notions you’ll find one of my favorite stores in Hamilton, Farmhouse Collection!
Think of it as a little bit like the stores inside a Cracker Barrel. You’ll find and incredible arrangement of candles, jellies, hand towels, signs… you name it! Mom and I spent entirely too long enjoying Farmhouse Collection. But worth every moment!
